This year’s HERMLE Open House closed its doors at 5:00 p.m. on Friday after welcoming more than 1,100 companies and 2,550 visitors, including 750 international guests. For four days, everything in Gosheim revolved around the “sector get-together with technology transfer”. We welcomed various delegations from over 30 countries – including large ones from the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Italy, France, the USA, Turkey and Mexico. But visitors from Thailand, Malaysia, China, India, Taiwan and numerous other countries were also given comprehensive advice and guidance throughout the four-day event. The highlights of this year’s Open House included the unveiling of the new Generation 2 models, the extensive automation solutions on show and, above all, the numerous machining demonstrations featuring integrated technology solutions for cost-effective production.
