Thyme oil stimulates the senses, energizes and strengths the immune system. Leads to an increased concentration and mental activity. Has a beneficial effect on the recovery of the body after illness, nervous exhaustion, fatigue. It is used against bronchitis, sinusitis, cough and other respiratory infections. Dosing: External Aroma lamps: 3-5 drops of Thyme oil – against colds, flu, hypotension, for increased performance and concentration, for air disinfection. Inhalation: against colds - 1 drop of thyme, 2 drops lavender or 2 drops thyme, 1 drops mint, 2 drops eucalyptus mixed into 2 liters of boiling water for 10 minutes, or 1 drop of thyme, eucalyptus, lavender, rosemary in 1 h warm water for 3-5 min. Cold inhalations: in cold - 1-2 drops thyme or 1 drops thyme, 1 drops eucalyptus or bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, and cold - 2-3 drops thyme on a handkerchief, inhaled for 5-10 minutes 2-3 times a day.
