The ambitious implementation project for a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) according to the British Retail Consortium (BRC) and the International Food Standard (IFS) standards has been finalised in 2004. The certification for the organic production method under the EC 834/07 and 889/08 Regulations has been achieved in 2009 while the company achieved the Kosher certification in 2012.
